Urban Plastix Regs are basic useful holds. The UP Reg Hangboard is no different. This board is a good, comfortable board with 2" deep 2+ pad jugs on the top edges, a 2" deep rounded sloper rail in the top center, 1.5 pad flat and rounded edges (1.25" deep), and 1 pad flat and rounded edges (1" deep but edge starts curling at 3/4" from wall).

Hardware (recommended, not included): Screws x13 (length depends on your mounting method). If you choose "Yes Hardware" you will receive 13x screws in a couple of sizes as the top screws need to be longer than the bottom screws.

Mounting note: When mounting a hangboard make sure to anchor into studs. You can use a backing board and then screw this hangboard to that. Consult an expert for help and make sure your board is well mounted!
